The movement of these samples require the utmost attention and are shipped in "Dry Shippers". Dry shippers are containers that maintain the samples at -170°C at all times. Communication between the clinic and patients is crucial in the movement of these samples and each Hazgo office has a dedicated customer service person that is trained for the movement of these samples.
